I think Winter Park is ideally suited for families and couples, and individuals. It is a beautiful part of Central Florida. There is almost no crime, and it is convenient for nearly anything you can imagine in Florida. It’s not surprising why it has increased so dramatically in value over the last couple of years because of the pandemic and the city's superb reputation and living up to that reputation.
